Parametric Tower

This is the bones for a parametric tower definition. It produces somewhat random cells from a series of input curves and uses weaverbird to smooth the output (this is required if you want to use the definition). Contact me if you’re interested in seeing the definition.

Update: Further complexity is added with a parametric massing definition. The grasshopper file outputs shadow paths, lettable floor areas, plot ratio information, and site usage data. It incorporates floor plate booleans to allow for very fast and simple massing of program over a set site.

One Response to “Parametric Tower”

  1. Hello,
My name is Carl Kohut and I’m a SCAD Arch student currently doing a research project for a singular Grasshopper definition; analyzing and understanding the commands that generate the geometries. If you could send me the definition I’d like to use it for my assignment. Thanks
